This delay can be extended up to 12 working days maximum due to a possible delay. France, Belgium, Germany, Monaco, Spain, United Kingdom, Italy, Tunisia, Turkey: 3 to 5 working days on average after the shipment of your order (1 to 3 working days), this period can be extended up to 12 working days maximum;
Canda, UAE,USA, Oman, Qatar, Israel, Kuwait, China, South Africa: 3 to 7 working days on average after your order has been shipped (1 to 3 working days); this period can be extended up to 12 working days maximum;

A problem with the Post Office? Lost, broken, destroyed package?
With our secure delivery operated by UPS or ARAMEX, will handle the disputes for you. Customer satisfaction is our priority. We don’t pass the buck to the carrier by letting you “fend for yourself”. We take full responsibility by immediately sending you a new package at our expense.

If, for any reason, the product does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 days of receipt and we will refund the full price of the item as soon as it arrives with us.
However, all returned products must be in perfect condition and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Proof of postage should then be sent to us by email as proof of posting.
If your products have any manufacturing defects, please send us a photo of the product in question (in the original packaging if possible) firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order number.
