Delivery & Order

The manufacture of the products and the deliveryrequire our team an average delay of 6 to 9 working days after the shipment of your order (1 to 3 working days). This delay can be extended up to 12 working days maximum due to a possible delay. After this period, do not hesitate to contact us at the contact e-mail address: support@molatoofficial.com for any question regarding your order.

We do everything to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, without compromising the quality of our goods.

France, Belgium, Germany, Monaco, Spain, United Kingdom, Italy, Tunisia, Turkey: 3 to 5 working days on average after the shipment of your order (1 to 3 working days), this period can be extended up to 12 working days maximum;

Canda, UAE,USA, Oman, Qatar, Israel, Kuwait, China, South Africa: 3 to 7 working days on average after your order has been shipped (1 to 3 working days); this period can be extended up to 12 working days maximum;

Libya,Australia: 5 to 8 working days on average after your order has been shipped (1 to 3 working days); this period can be extended up to 12 working days maximum;

These times do not take into account possible delays caused by customs, strikes, flights or other exceptional circumstances that are beyond our control.

A problem with the Post Office? Lost, broken, destroyed package?

With our secure delivery operated by UPS or ARAMEX, will handle the disputes for you. Customer satisfaction is our priority. We don’t pass the buck to the carrier by letting you “fend for yourself”. We take full responsibility by immediately sending you a new package at our expense.

Shipping and Returns

Yes, you have 10 hours after placing your order to change it. Just send us an e-mail at contact@molatoofficial.com to notify us. 

It is possible to cancel your order if it has not been shipped!

If the order is shipped, the cancellation fee will be 70% of the purchase price.

If, for any reason, the product does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 days of receipt and we will refund the full price of the item as soon as it arrives with us.

However, all returned products must be in perfect condition and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Proof of postage should then be sent to us by email as proof of posting.

If your products have any manufacturing defects, please send us a photo of the product in question (in the original packaging if possible) support@molatoofficial.com along with your order number.
